Hyde Square Task Force will be hosting our annual Making Change Happen Breakfast on November 30. The breakfast will support our mission to amplify the voices of youth, their power and creativity, connecting them to Afro-Latin culture and heritage.
The breakfast is from 7:30 to 9 am at WilmerHale (60 State St., 26th Floor, Boston, MA 02109) to celebrate our accomplishments from the past year and look towards the future. We will also be honoring Alberto Vasallo III, President and CEO of El Mundo; and Alexis Agrinsoni, Hyde Square Task Force alumnus and Regional Disaster Relief Manager of Red Cross Los Angeles, and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
All proceeds from the Making Change Happen Breakfast will go to support our work with more than 800 children, youth and college students through Afro-Latin arts, education, and civic engagement programming so they can create a diverse, vibrant Latin Quarter and build a just, equitable Boston.
