Hello neighbors. Here’s your Morning Memo for Monday, Sept. 22.
Coyote Sightings: Of course you already know JP is home to coyotes. But on Friday, a resident reported one lounging on an Arborway porch, according to Universal Hub. That was followed by a woman reporting two coyotes following her and her dog on the Rozzie/Hyde Park line. Here’s the MSPCA’s advice on co-existing with our coyote brethren. (And no, the coyote mom pictured above is not local. She’s an LA coyote, courtesy of Getty Images.)
Flanagan & Seaton Project Meeting: On Monday night, the Boston Redevelopment Authority holds a public meeting on a long-delayed project to add residential, retail and a big storage facility to the block between Washington and the train tracks at McBride street. The meeting is 6-7:30 p.m. Monday at English High, 144 McBride St.
Story Club Boston: Monday night at the Milky Way, it’s a night of pro and amateur story telling, possibly starring you. The night’s theme is “Lost” and the pros include comedian Lynn Doncaster, stand-up Steve Macone and Chicago writer Alan Neff. Story Club Boston is at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Bella Luna/The Milky Way, 284 Amory St. $5.
Okay, those are Monday’s highlights. Have a great rest of the day.
