Hello neighbors. Here’s your Morning Memo for all things Jamaica Plain for Wednesday, Feb. 11:

Celebrate Tres Gatos’ Fourth Birthday: Everyone’s favorite tapas bar/record store/book shop turns four Wednesday. And starting at 6 p.m. they’re throwing a party. There’ll be dancing and wear your cat gear. 470 Centre St. 617-477-4851

Winter Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Egleston Farmers Market: This isn’t news, but just a reminder that fresh local food and crafts aren’t out of reach just because it’s winter. The Egleston Farmer’s Market runs each Saturday indoors at the Brewery. Here are details.

Fired Up T Chief Makes Waves: If you missed the epic press conference clip of Beverly Scott, general manager of the MBTA, here’s a link. An impassioned Scott said she had a broad back to take criticism but pointed to a systematic lack of investment in the aging transportation network.

Don’t Worry About Those Flurries: Yes, I don’t like seeing more snow any more than you do, but forecasters say the snow swirling around Wednesday morning is just ocean effect snow and will amount to less than an inch of accumulation.

Okay, have a great day, JP!
