Mayor Walsh Hosting Jamaica Plain Open House on Monday Night

Mayor Martin Walsh will host a Jamaica Plain open house on Monday night with representatives from numerous city departments for residents to learn about ongoing programs that are available.

At this free open house residents will have the chance to learn about programs from the following departments, including the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Advancement, Imagine Boston 2030, Vision Zero, Office of Housing Stability, BOS:311, Greenovate Boston, Boston Home Center, Department of Neighborhood Development, Boston Public Health Commission, Boston Fire Department, Boston Police Department, the MassDOT and more.

Representatives from the following departments will also be on hand: Boston Planning and Development Agency, Boston Transportation Department, Public Works Department, Inspectional Services Department, Parks and Recreation Department and Boston Public Schools.

Food and refreshments will be served. The open house is taking place at English High School from 6 to 8 pm on Monday, July 10. There will be limited parking available in the adjacent lot to the high school.
