Local organization JP Progressives will be hosting At-Large City Councilor and Congressional candidate Ayanna Pressley on April 16th.
Pressley is challenging longtime Congressman Mike Capuano, D-7th, and previously spoke with Jamaica Plain News about why she decided to run, why she’s qualified for the position and what her goals will be if elected.
This free event will start at 6:30 pm and is taking place at JP First Baptist (633 Centre St.).
