Tour of New McBride St. Storage Facility

David Williams of SSG Development will lead a tour of the newly constructed 4-story self-storage facility plus community room.  This is the first of three construction projects to be completed at this site across from English High School.  The other two projects currently under construction are a 5-story, 44-unit residential building on Burnett St. and a 5-story, 82-unit residential plus commercial building on Washington St.  We'll meet on the sidewalk in front of the office.…

Monthly meeting of the Housing & Development Committee of the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council - On the agenda: Janna Cohen-Rosenthal, Executive Director of the Franklin Park Coalition, will talk about the FPC and the Master Plan for Franklin Park.  Janna is a member of the Community Advisory Board for Shattuck Campus Planning, and will also share some of the FPC's hopes/considerations for the upcoming changes at Shattuck.  All meetings are open to the public.
