Remember Tom Hanks as 12-year-old Josh Baskin in the 1988 hit movie? Catch it as a musical at The Footlight Club through November 19.
Baskin is a 12-year-old who is transformed into a grown man overnight after making a wish to the arcade machine Zoltar Speaks. Find out how he copes with this new world when he has to do adult things, like get a job and dates a co-worker. In the end he discovers there’s much more to being an adult than being big.
There are evening performances on Nov. 11, 12, 18, and 19 at 8 pm. Matinees are November 13 and 19 at 2 pm. Tickets are $25 and available at www.footlight.org.
