Pop-Up History Museum Celebrating First Church’s 250 Years
On Sunday, May 3 at 7 pm, a Pop Up History Museum will celebrate First Church Unitarian Universalist’s first 250 (plus a few) years. The event will be at First Church. Please use the 6 Eliot Street entrance. The event is free and open to all. George Wardle, volunteer church historian for more than three decades, has created 10 stations, each of which focuses on a different aspect of the church’s history, using documents and artifacts. Volunteers will be at each station to discuss the materials with visitors. The exhibits will close at 8:30 pm.
