4.1. Public Service Committee: 1). A request of Vee & Vee Productions, LLC, doing business as ”Vee Vee”, at 763 Centre Street, to amend the description of the premises of its existing Common Victualler 7-Day Wines and Malt Beverages License and amend the Certificate of Occupancy of 769 Centre Street LLC, to add an outdoor seasonal patio (in the rear) for 46 patrons from March to November (closing hour 10:00pm). 2) an opening discussion on the community process on whether or not space savers should be banned in Jamaica Plain. And 3) a discussion about bicycle issue at Jamaica Pond along Perkins Street.
4.2. Housing & Development Committee:1). Co-chair discussion; 2) Coalition for a Truly Affordable Boston discussion; 3) Followup on St. Clare Monastery
4.3. Zoning Committee: 76 Wyman Street (create one off-street parking space for existing three-family residence, move curb cut, construct parking pad); 3514 Washington Street (change occupancy from daycare center to two residential units with ground-floor retail; construct roof deck for use of residential units; two (2) off-street parking spaces); 72 Hyde Park Avenue (demolish existing structure and construct a six-unit residential building with six parking spaces); 71 Peter Parley Road (demolition of rear deck and construction of new rear deck in its place); 26 Union Avenue (install curb cut and driveway for two off-street parking spaces).
