A proposed 4-story, 46-unit rental apartment building for Brookley Road will be discussed at a public meeting on Oct. 24.
The building is proposed for the corner of Brookley and Stonley roads, with a listed address of 35 Brookley Road.
All of the building’s units would be rentals, with three of them being artist live/work units, according to the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA). There would be at-grade parking for 21 vehicles, and onsite storage for 52 bicycles.
Brooksted, LLC, through its principals Jeff Glew and Mathieu Zahler, have proposed the building.
The development is currently “Under Review,” according to the BPDA’s website, and the public comment period is open through Oct. 31.
The public meeting is from 6:30 to 8 pm on Thursday, Oct. 24 at English School’s cafeteria (144 McBride St.).
