Foley Hoag Promotes Adrienne Ellman of Jamaica Plain to Partner

Foley Hoag LLP recently announced that several employees were elevated to partnership status, including Jamaica Plain’s Adrienne Ellman effective January 1, 2018.

Ellman advises corporate and private equity clients on a full range of public and private transactions. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, spinoffs and other strategic transactions. Ellman also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters as well as entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on early-stage business matters and capital raising activities.
