Oh, you want to look fancy now? There’s a new place in JP to get your hair done — Alluring Beauty. The salon held a grand opening on Thursday night.
One person who was looking forward to the grand opening was state Rep. Liz Malia. She offered congratulations to Tisha Scott, the salon’s owner.
