“What Are You Afraid Of?” is the question at the core of Open Theatre Project’s new play “Fear Project.” Through facilitated story circles, community events and one-on-one conversations over the last eight months, the Open Theatre Project has explored this question and devised a new play that reflects your words, your experiences and your fears.
OTP’s “Fear Project” takes you on a journey to explore our emotional and intellectual responses to fear — to understand its roots, impact and the ways in which we face it. This will be done through creative storytelling, multi-disciplinary performance and an immersive experience not to be forgotten.
“Fear Project is running April 28th through May 13th at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Jamaica Plain (1 Roanoke Ave.). There will be a preview performance on Friday, April 28th, and pay-what-you-can performances on Wednesday evenings at 8 pm and Saturday matinees at 3 pm.
