How to Report Potholes to the City of Boston

It’s pothole season — but you don’t need to stand idly by and watch vehicles swallow up and spit out tires — you can report potholes to the City of Boston, and they’ll fix ’em!

You can report potholes multiple ways to the City of Boston. Download the free BOS:311 app on iOS or Android (previously known as Citizens Connect). Or go online to: Boston.gov/311. You could also tweet @BOS311 letting the city know where the pothole is with a photo. You can also call 3-1-1 (previously the Mayor’s 24-hour hotline 617-635-4500). Also for those with VoIP and for calls from outside Boston, callers should continue to dial 617-635-4500.
