Temporary traffic road paving begun. When completed this two lane road will serve east-west traffic when the overpass is razed beginning, as reported, in June 2015.

On Thursday, transportation officials announced their next set of “office hours” where they’ll field questions from residents. The next set is Tuesday, April 21, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Curtis Hall Community Center, 20 South St.
Paving began the week of March 23 for the second lane of the temporary road for cross town trafficForest Hills Street will be closed at this point when the temporary road is completed and bridge demolition begins. Forest Hills St will essentially be a dead end at Lotus Street. Through traffic will use t Cemetery Road.
