One worker is dead and another critically hurt after they fell while working on a third-floor porch.
The accident took place about 10:40 a.m. Tuesday at 89 Forest Hills St., according to Universal Hub.
The worker who died fell on his head, the Boston Globe reports.
The construction company involved applied for a “short form” permit instead of the more rigorous one required for structural work, the Globe and Universal Hub reported.
